We are a well established and experienced building company who specialise in loft conversions, refurbishments and extensions. Each individual job is tailored to our customers specific needs and we pride ourselves on being professional, creative and delivering great value for money. Converting London Ltd was formed by Dan & Alex, who studied and gained their qualifications together. After running their own individual businesses they decided to collaborate and bring together their mutual passion for building and carpentry.
The business has been built on solid foundations of providing work to the highest standard using their highly skilled team. As a business we understand that undertaking a project on your home or business can be daunting however we work closely with our customers, talking you through each step of the process, ensuring you have your expectations fulfilled with minimal hassle and disruption. You will be given a single point of contact to deal with from concept to completion, providing you with a personal service for a full turn key solution.

our Services
All our work is priced from start to completion and is all conducted directly by ourselves. This takes away any need for you to look for additional builders or contractors, alleviating any extra work or stress for yourselves. All work is fully guaranteed and insured. Prior to work commencing, all payment terms will be detailed in a contract of works, please feel free to ask for a copy for your review. The contract is there to ensure the work agreed between yourself and Converting London is documented in a clear, transparent and unambiguous way, giving you peace of mind from the outset. We pride ourselves in providing a personal and professional experience, and will work closely with you to discuss projects every step of the way. Whilst we have our own available architects, we are more than happy to work with your own if this is preferable.
Loft Conversions
A loft conversion is one of the most successful ways of adding value to your property without impacting your outdoor space, they can be a great way to add an additional floor to your home, whether it be for a bedroom with an en-suite, an office or even a playroom. As loft conversion specialists, we have created loft living space on a variety of properties, all shapes and sizes. EXTENSIONS
Extending your home or property can not only increase the size and value of your home but it can also bring a change to your home life, this could be by adding an additional bedroom, creating some office space, building a playroom for the children or making your existing rooms more spacious. When conducting an extension this can be to the rear or side of your home as a single or multi-storey extension. Converting a garage to become part of your home is also an option available.
Refurbishments
Refurbishments can come in all shapes and sizes, whether you have part of your home you wish to renovate or if you are looking to completely change in its entirety, we are able to help. Converting London have a full team of qualified tradesmen who can transform your property into your dream home, this may be by way of adding an en-suite, building or changing an existing kitchen or creating outdoor living space.
What should I expect from Converting London?
Step 1: Initial Introduction & review of works
At Converting London we appreciate that undertaking work on your home or business can be a daunting prospect, please rest assured that we will do our upmost to support you and provide clear explanation throughout the process.
Step 2: Initial Estimate
Once we have a good understanding and have reviewed works required we will provide you with top line figures, based upon our initial inspection and drawings (if provided). At this stage figures will be estimated to the best of our ability.
Step 3: Detailed Quotation
In the event you are happy with the initial estimate, we will then go ahead and provide a detailed quotation with a clear breakdown of costs and timescales. (Drawings & structural calculations will be required at this stage in order for our quote to be accurate)
Step 4: Contract & Plan of works
At this stage, once costs and requirements have been agreed we provide you with a ‘Contact of works’. The contract will detail the stages of works, itemised for your reference along with payments and timescales.
Whilst there will could be many different tradesman working on your home/business, as a valued customer you will be provided with a dedicated contact at Converting London who will be your single point of contact throughout the project.
